First Eucharist and Confirmation

Throughout the Summer months all of our students who had been preparing for First Eucharist and Confirmation were able to receive these Sacraments. They had been delayed due to Covid and they could finally take place! The joy of our students in receiving these Sacraments was a beautiful sight!

Throughout all the weekends in July and into August, our 2nd grade students attended different weekend Masses to receive Our Lord in the Eucharist for the first time. It was truly a blessed experience for them. Please continue to pray for their growth in love for Our Lord in Holy Communion.

On the weekend of August 2nd, our Confirmation students from both St. Anthony and St. Mary Parishes were able to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit! Although we could only invite immediate family and sponsors due to Covid, it was a beautiful witness of our young people and their joy in simply receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit. Please continue to pray for our teens as they grow closer to Our Lord, through the Holy Spirit.

Praise the Lord for the ability to grow closer to Him through the Sacraments!
